Forklift Operator

Full-Time (temp-to-hire) | Pay: $22.50 - $26.00 per hour (CANAL WINCHESTER)

We are seeking reliable, motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Canal Winchester as Forklift Operators (sit-down OR CROWN stand-up reach.

Responsible for the safe and accurate loading, unloading, inspection, labeling, and handling of freight using sit-down forklifts OR CROWN stand-up reach forklifts. Supports inventory control and ensures compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

• Operate sit-down forklifts OR CROWN stand-up reach forklifts
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Sort, label, and track freight
• Check shipments for damage and update records
• Keep inventory accurate and the warehouse clean
• Work with team members and drivers to keep operations running smoothly

• At least 1 year of sit-down forklift OR CROWN stand-up reach forklift experience (sit-down AND/OR stand-up reach)
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Basic computer and inventory skills
• Knowledge of OSHA/safety practices
• Good attention to detail and communication skills

• Shift A
  - Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM - $22.50/hr
• Shift B
  - Mon–Thurs: 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM - $25.50/hr
• Shift C
  - Mon–Thurs: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM - $26.00/hr
• Shift D
  - Fri–Sun: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Paid for 40 hrs.) - $25.50/hr
• Shift E
  - Fri–Sun: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Paid for 40 hrs.) - $26.00/hr
