Founded in Tampa, Florida, i9 Sports® is the nation’s first and largest youth sports league franchise business in the United States with over 1 million registrations in more than 500 communities from New York to Hawaii. Established in 2003 by Frank Fiume, i9 Sports promotes fun, safety, convenience, and good sportsmanship.

The Sports Coordinator enhances the i9 Sports Experience for players and coaches. The role involves building relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring instructional quality. Responsibilities include hands‑on involvement with practices and games across all age groups and skill levels.

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
• Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values.
• Supervise the overall operation of designated sport on game day.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer‑service skills.

• Sport‑specific coaching experience and knowledge.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work independently and solve problems.
• Awareness and ability to take charge of any situation to ensure player safety.
• Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
• Availability for a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings during the season (~7 weeks).
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.

$14.00 per hour.
