Forklift Operator (CROWN)
Location:
Canal Winchester, Ohio Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Compensation: $22.50 – $26.00 per hour

- Shift A:
Mon–Thur, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM — $22.50/hr - Shift B:
Mon–Thur, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM — $25.50/hr - Shift C:
Sun–Thurs, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM — $26.00/hr - Shift D:
Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Paid for 40 hrs.) — $25.50/hr - Shift E:
Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Paid for 40 hrs.) — $26.00/hr
Operate Crown sit-down and stand-up reach forklifts to safely move freight
Support accurate loading, unloading, inspection, and labeling of materials
Assist with inventory control and warehouse organization
Maintain compliance with company and OSHA safety standards
- Load and unload trucks and containers using forklifts and material‑handling equipment
- Sort, label, and track freight while reconciling shipping manifests
- Report damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns promptly
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organized storage areas
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and drivers

Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year operating Crown forklifts; 1–3 years warehouse experience preferred - Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent - Special Certifications/
Skills:
OSHA safety knowledge; ability to lift 50+ lbs.; basic computer and inventory tracking skills - Additional Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective communication skills - Attire:
Casual clothing, closed-toed ESD (electrostatic dissipative) shoes, and high‑visibility vest required.
