• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support executive decision‑making and fulfill company & departmental information needs
• Manage the development and maintenance of financial models and forecasts, ongoing and ad‑hoc reporting, and the tracking of key operational metrics
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for operational and financial improvements
• Direct the cost analysis and pricing review processes and conduct periodic profitability reviews, including margin exception reporting
• Mine wide‑ranging company data sets to uncover key insights and drivers for improving business operations
• Lead the operational and sales budget planning, creation, and review processes
• Assist in the development of KPIs and the communication of performance metrics and expectations to various teams across the organization
• Increase departmental productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools, improving processes, and creating professional dashboards
• Interact regularly with key individuals from various departments across the organization to relay data and coordinate on reporting needs
• Partner with accounting personnel to deliver regular, insightful reviews of financial statements
• Gather and present strategic and useful information on industry trends and economic conditions
• Assist with special projects, including M&A evaluations and executive presentations

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant FP&A focused role
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
• Must have strong analytical skills and experience with building models, financial reporting, budgeting, and mining data for insights
• Manufacturing or CPG cost analysis experience is a plus
• Must be able to gain an understanding of the business and apply insights gathered through analysis to the performance of the company as a whole
• Experience and understanding of business intelligence reporting & visualization tools highly valued (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Jet Reports)
• Familiarity with data query/data management tools helpful (Access, SQL)
• Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive‑level management
• Should be a self‑starter with a proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Possesses a strong desire to streamline functions and find unique ways to add value as well as a passion to continue to learn and grow
