Onsite Staffing Representative​/Recruiter

Empire Workforce Solutions is hiring an experienced Onsite Staffing Representative / Recruiter for a full-time,
contract role based in Pico Rivera, CA
. This onsite position offers an hourly rate of $22 to $24 (DOE) and set hours of 10:00am to 7:30pm
, with the flexibility to work flexible hours as needed. The role is designed for recruiters who enjoy hands-on staffing work, partnering closely with hiring managers, and keeping candidate pipelines organized.

• Source, screen, and select qualified candidates
• Conduct interviews as part of the hiring process
• Manage the hiring process from sourcing through selection
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Attend job fairs to support recruiting efforts
• Maintain and update candidate databases

• Recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing skills
• Strong candidate screening and selection abilities
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Prior experience with payroll
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Reliable transportation required for onsite work
• Detail-oriented approach
