ER Nurse Hour Shifts, Patient-Centered Care

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital invites a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department on a 12-hour shift. You will organize, plan, and deliver high-quality, patient/family centered care guided by the Watson Model of Care.

Reporting to the Clinical Unit Supervisor, you’ll monitor patient changes, coordinate with Care Managers, and participate in performance improvement. California RN license is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.
