Position: Office Admin / Travel Coordinator

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Office Admin / Travel Coordinator will support administrative operations and coordinate travel logistics for the project team during the design phase.

What You’ll Do Here:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and team schedules.
  • Provide administrative support to project leadership and team members.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal communications and meeting logistics.
  • Track expenses and support reporting activities.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
  • Support onboarding logistics for new team members.
  • Ensure office operations run efficiently.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Post-secondary education in administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
  • Experience supporting large project teams is an asset.
  • Experience in hydroelectric projects is a major asset.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
