Reporting directly to the Project Controls Director, you will be instrumental in supporting active projects through effective budget and schedule management. Your responsibilities will include developing critical project schedules and implementing necessary tracking processes to ensure project efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee forecasting and scheduling for multiple projects

• Collaborate with Operations for life cycle schedule maintenance

• Analyze and report on scheduling variances

• Facilitate payment applications and progress tracking

• Prepare status updates for project teams and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in planning and cost controls

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

• Expertise in Primavera P6 and SAP applications

• Strong interpersonal and judgment capabilities

• Experience in complex project management
