  • ensure delivery of comprehensive primary health care services to practice patients of all ages and stages of health or illness

The Pictou West Health Centre is home to Nova Scotia Health services and programs including Pictou West Collaborative Practice and satellite offices for the One Door Chronic Disease Management Centre, Seniors Clinic and Continuing Care.
