In this position with Paladin Security, your focus will be on safeguarding hospital premises. Emergency response and conflict resolution will be critical aspects of your role, along with customer service and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine patrols of hospital areas

• Operate security cameras and monitor alarms

• Ensure authorized access at entry points

• Act swiftly during medical or security emergencies

• Assist visitors and staff with information and directions

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain Nova Scotia Security License

• Intermediate First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred

• Must provide certifications in Use of Force and MOAB

Engage with hospital staff and enhance security efforts as part of the Paladin team.
