Experience or education in law enforcement, policing, correctional facilities, or care for individuals with mental health crises or other specialized environments is a strong asset.

A sharp eye for detail, the ability to document observations effectively, respect for security protocols, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Development of transferable skills in institutional security and procedural compliance, supporting long-term growth in law enforcement or specialized security careers.

• Provide continuous surveillance of persons in a controlled environment.
• Perform wellness checks at 15‑minute intervals in accordance with security standards and procedures.
• Identify and report risk situations or medical concerns.
• Respond professionally, calmly, and in compliance during sensitive situations.
• Accurately complete official documentation and observation reports.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance.
• Clean criminal background check with Vulnerable Sector Check.
• Background in law enforcement, police services, corrections, or care for vulnerable persons is an asset.
• Professionalism, discipline, integrity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and computer systems.
