• You will apply payments to customer accounts from checks, cash, and EFT.
• You will maintain customer accounts by applying credits, processing small balance write-offs.
• You will submit short paid and skipped invoices during application to credit personnel.
• You will reconcile A/R daily between activity and trial balance.
• You will maintain daily deposit log that reconciles to cash postings.
• You will maintain non-trade receipts log.
• You will update cash receipt batches.
• You will assist with bank reconciliation.
• You will reconcile accounts, researching skips & short-pays.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• You have strong computer skills.
• You have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• You have intermediate knowledge of the Google Suite of products.
• You have good oral communication skills and telephone etiquette.
• You have working knowledge of basic office machines.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with others.
