* Job Responsibilities:

**** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
*** Manage and oversee daily operations of the PVC application line dedicated to producing automotive battery trays.
* Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent quality and adherence to specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PVC application processes, equipment, and production workflows.
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
* Conduct routine inspections and quality checks of finished products, ensuring compliance with standards.
* Document process parameters, issue reports, and improvement initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote best practices in manufacturing operations.
* Coordinate with other departments, such as quality assurance and procurement, to support seamless production.
* Perform other duties as required.
** POSITION REQUIREMENTS
***
* EDUCATION:

*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
** WORK EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL TRAINING:
*** 3+ years of hands-on experience managing manufacturing processes for PVC or similar thermoplastic materials, preferably in the automotive sector.
* In-depth knowledge of PVC properties, formulations, processing methods, and application techniques.
* Proven expertise in operating and maintaining PVC application equipment such as extrusion, coating, or spraying lines.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly address process deviations or technical issues.
* Knowledge of automotive manufacturing standards and quality requirements.
* Familiarity with process control systems and production monitoring tools
