YMCA Assistant Membership Director - Powdersville

Are you passionate about people, community, and creating welcoming experiences? The Powdersville YMCA is seeking an Assistant Membership Director to help foster a cause-centered culture that is welcoming, genuine, hopeful, nurturing, and determined.

• Support the Membership Director in delivering exceptional member experiences
• Lead and develop member services staff, including scheduling and payroll support
• Drive membership engagement, retention, and program enrollment
• Oversee front-line operations, including registration (in-person, phone, and online)
• Analyze and report on membership data, renewals, and trends
• Serve approximately 20 hours/week in a front-line Member Services role
• Assist with annual campaigns and community outreach

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in customer service (preferred)
• Strong computer and administrative skills
• Ability to connect with diverse populations and build relationships
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
