Join, fabricate and repair metal and other welding material by applying appropriate welding techniques and operating various welding devices.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.50

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate Cef™ welding process.
• Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Start up and shut down machines properly.
• Consistently and safely operate machines at or above standards of operation including waste, quality, efficiency and utilization.
• Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine/rack‑related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation.
• Be activelyeraadirati involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Contribute to a team effort.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
