This is a full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse role located in Piedmont, SC. The Registered Nurse will oversee patient care, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and families, maintaining accurate records, and responding to medical emergencies promptly. The role requires ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining a patient‑focused approach at all times.

• Proficiency in patient care, physical assessments, and critical thinking to provide high‑quality medical services
• Experience in medication administration, monitoring patient progress, and adhering to safety standards
• Skilled in communication, patient education, and collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Ability to maintain detailed medical records and document accurate care delivery
• Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of South Carolina
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Experience in Emergency Care or similar clinical settings is required
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment
