Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experiences for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
The responsibilities include:
- Planning for each shift and monitoring performance during the shift
- Taking action to ensure team meets McDonald's standards
- Monitoring safety, security, and profitability
- Communicating with the next Shift Manager for smooth hand‑over
- Meeting targets and helping departments achieve their goals
As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:
- Food Safety

Qualifications:
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older, possess a positive team‑player attitude, flexible schedule, and passion for fast‑paced work.
