Maintenance Technician; Manufacturing

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment, as well as handling general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and be highly mechanically inclined.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and equipment breakdowns
• Perform general facility maintenance as needed
• Read and interpret electrical wiring schematics
• Help ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work occasional weekends and overtime as needed
• Participate in an on-call rotation as required

• Previous maintenance technician or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Highly mechanically inclined
• Ability to read and understand electrical wiring schematics
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
• Welding experience with TIG, MIG, and/or Stick is a plus
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
• Clean background & pass a drug test

• Monday–Friday, Day Shift
• Overtime as needed
• Occasional weekend work
• On-call availability required
• In-person position

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
