Job Description:

Warehouse Manager Jenkins Plumbing Company Position Summary Jenkins Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, material distribution, and warehouse staff. This position is responsible for ensuring materials and equipment are properly received, stored, and distributed to support residential plumbing construction projects efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing plumbing materials and supplies.

Supervise, train, and manage warehouse employees.

Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts.

Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and distribution to job sites.

Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary expenses.

Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.

Work closely with branch managers, supervisors, and purchasing teams to meet project needs.

Manage shipping, receiving, and equipment tracking.

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure proper handling and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company vehicles.

Qualifications Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience required.

Experience in plumbing, construction, or building materials preferred.

Strong inventory management and organizational skills.

Ability to lead employees and manage daily warehouse operations.

Experience with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.

Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
