This is a Full‑Time 40‑hour weekly position with the Department of Social Services. The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical and secretarial support, including greeting the public both in person and by telephone, composing and finalizing correspondence, establishing and maintaining filing systems and databases, gathering and providing information, and recording fiscal activities to support office operations.

We are currently looking to hire an individual who is excited to serve the public. The Administrative Assistant will support daily office functions, interact with the public, and maintain accurate records.

- prepare clear and concise documentation, reports and correspondence that reflect relevant facts;
