As a Pharmacy Manager under the direction of the CPS Area/Director of Pharmacy, you will lead all aspects of pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing, and supervising services in alignment with hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative pharmacy practices, supported by proprietary CPS software, a dedicated support team including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory.

Schedule: This full-time nonexempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, 7:00am‑3:30pm, and additionally on Saturdays on an as needed basis.

Hours:

Monday‑Saturday, 7:00am‑3:30pm, and Sunday, 7:00am‑11:00am. After hours is supported by Remote Order Entry. This centralized pharmacy utilizes Cerner and Pyxis automation, EMAR and BVM.

• ACPE‑accredited pharmacy degree (Pharm
  
  D preferred)
• Active applicable state Pharmacist license in good standing
• 3+ years of recent experience as an inpatient Pharmacist

• Recent pharmacy management or supervisory experience

The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
