Eliassen Group is seeking a Data Warehouse Architect & AI Analytics Lead to join our high-performing team. This is a strategic, hands‑on role focused on evolving our data infrastructure and enabling predictive, AI‑driven analytics. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud-based solutions, and machine learning, and will collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, impactful data solutions.

• Lead the design and implementation of extensions to a Data Vault 2.0-modeled data warehouse.
• Architect and pilot predictive analytics initiatives, including machine learning and LLM-based solutions.
• Design and implement Star and Snowflake schemas to support BI reporting.
• Maintain and enhance automated data loading routines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine data requirements.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based data solutions.
• Apply best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.

• 7+ years of experience in data warehouse design and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling, ETL/ELT, Snowflake and DBT.
• 7+ years of experience with Star and Snowflake schema design.
• Excellent SQL and Python skills with 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of experience with DBT (data build tool).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
• 10+ years of experience with cloud-based data solutions.

• Experience with Vault Speed and Power
  
  BI.
• Familiarity with staffing industry operations and Salesforce platform.
• Experience building machine learning and/or LLM-based predictive analytics solutions.

Base salary: $140,000 - $150,000

This position includes additional variable compensation in the form of an annual/quarterly bonus opportunity.
