Our client is looking for a Platform Engineer who acts as an SME and advisor, not just an executor. The role requires communicating recommendations tactfully and working comfortably in a proof‑of‑concept environment rather than undertaking a full overhaul.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a W2 basis. For our W2 consultants, we offer a benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $78 – $98 / hr. W2

• Review and rebuild CI/CD pipelines (multi‑stage YAML pipelines in Azure Dev Ops).
• Address environmental consistency issues across development, UAT, and production environments.
• Integrate QA earlier in the pipeline (tests executed during the pull request process).
• Evaluate and improve Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi stacks; Terraform experience acceptable but Pulumi strongly preferred).
• Optional:
  Advise on containerization strategy (future goal).

• Azure Dev Ops (multi‑stage YAML pipelines).
• Pulumi (primary IaC tool);
  Terraform acceptable.
• C#/.NET proficiency for Pulumi‑based IaC.
• Strong Dev Ops disciplines and CI/CD best practices.
• Familiarity with Git Hub Actions (future migration, not in current scope).
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers and architects.
