Senior In-House Litigation Attorney – Epic

We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team in Madison, WI. This role focuses on managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and related risk areas. You will represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings, help win multi‑million dollar disputes, and advise proactively to minimize risk.

Relocation to Madison, WI is required; relocation assistance will be fully reimbursed.

• Manage all stages of complex litigation, including drafting motions, briefs, and negotiating settlements.
• Advise business units on regulatory, competition, and healthcare law matters.
• Represent Epic in high‑stakes proceedings nationally and internationally.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with evolving legal frameworks.
• Lead and mentor junior attorneys on technical and strategic aspects of litigation.

• Juris Doctor and admission to practice law.
• Experience in counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trial practice.
• Competency in competition and regulatory litigation is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background with excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
• Eye for detail and creative problem‑solving.
