In‑House Litigation Attorney
Epic is seeking an experienced litigator to join our legal team in Madison, WI. The role focuses on managing litigation and regulatory matters as the company expands its offerings.
Responsibilities- Manage litigation and regulatory matters; draft motions and briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Provide counsel on Epic’s competitive landscape and regulatory strategy.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to mitigate legal risks.
- 3–7 years of litigation experience, including drafting, oral arguments, settlements, and trial.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Meticulous attention to detail, creative problem solving, and excellent written and analytical communication skills.
- Relocation to Madison, WI required and fully reimbursed.
- COVID‑19 vaccination status required.
