Head Coach:
SUMMARY:
The Head Coach provides a world-class experience to all customers through consultations, evaluations, and regular check-ins. Building relationships and maintaining financial profiles for personal training clients are key. As the leader of the personal training department, strong leadership, social skills, and growth commitment are essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate financial profiles and promote department growth.
- Ensure facility and equipment integrity.
- Provide excellent customer service and help members achieve goals.
- Handle feedback and membership inquiries.
- Build community relationships and attend local events.
- Represent the brand positively as a team member.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Supervise staff according to policies and laws.
- Plan, assign, direct work, and handle performance management.
- Must work from the facility.
- Availability:
Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 8am-12pm. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of health, fitness, and physiology.
- Personable and team-oriented.
- High school diploma or GED;
Bachelor's in Exercise Science preferred. - One year fitness training experience.
- CPR/AED certification and personal training certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- Computer skills:
Microsoft Office, POS, and management software (preferred but not required).
