• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project performance and address potential risks.
• Oversee procurement processes, vendor selection, and contract management to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Prepare detailed project reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control measures on all construction sites.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management , with a strong focus on the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and risk management techniques.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and relevant South African regulations.
