- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for Grade 10-12 Mathematics, aligning with the national curriculum and school's educational philosophy.
- Assess student progress through a variety of methods, including tests, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation and independent learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and share best teaching practices within the Education & Teaching department.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Education, with a specialization in Mathematics.
- A recognized teaching qualification and South African teaching certification
. - Proven experience in teaching Mathematics at the secondary school level (Grades 10-12).
- Excellent knowledge of curriculum requirements and assessment strategies.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
