IntroductionEskom is looking for a professional engineering candidate to provide specialised operating and maintenance (O&M) engineering services to operating units (OUs) to optimise asset performance in the short to medium-term.

- Provide planned and unplanned O&M engineering support.
- Provide a technical consulting and investigation service.
- Develop discipline-specific philosophies, technical standards, procedures, work practices and specifications.
- Develop discipline-specific vision, strategy and direction setting.
- Provide input into and conduct research.
- Represent Eskom in national and international technical forums.
- Manage and conduct product, equipment, material, service and change impact evaluations.
- Provide planned and unplanned O&M engineering support.
- Provide a technical consulting and investigation service.

Qualification(s):- B Sc in Electrical Engineering /
B. Eng / Electronic engineering at NQF 8 with 480 credits
- 4 year Engineering operations and maintenance
