• Analyze and optimize chemical processes for improved yield, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement modifications to existing plant equipment and processes.
• Conduct process simulation and modeling to predict performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, environmental policies, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and develop innovative solutions to maintain peak performance.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to achieve operational excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a process engineering role within the chemical industry.
• Proven ability to conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs) and implement safety recommendations.
• Strong knowledge of chemical reaction engineering , thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
