- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze existing production lines, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.
- Develop and maintain process documentation , standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes.
- Utilize simulation software and statistical analysis to validate process improvements before implementation.
- Conduct remote root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering , with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and process simulation tools (e.g., Arena, Any Logic).
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote , collaborative environment.
