Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance activities for power generation equipment, including turbines, boilers, and control systems.
Conduct in-depth performance analysis of plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies.
Develop and manage the plant's preventative maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and maximize asset lifespan.
Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to maintain operational integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and management, on project planning and execution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in power plant operations and maintenance, with a strong focus on fossil fuel or renewable energy systems.
Proven track record in project management and leading engineering teams.
In-depth knowledge of power generation technologies, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
Proficiency in using plant information systems and diagnostic tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
