• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive mechanical engineering, with a focus on component design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, CATIA) and CAE tools for simulation.
• Strong understanding of material science, manufacturing processes, and vehicle dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
