IT Specialist/Administrator - Pietermaritzburg

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and analytical IT Specialist/Administrator to join their team.

• Provide IT and systems support across the business
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including:
  • Creating and managing complex workbooks
  • Advanced formulas and functions
  • Data linking, formatting, validation, and reporting
• Work confidently across all Microsoft Office packages
• Full working knowledge and support of Pastel Partner
• Assist the Admin Department with general administrative tasks when required
• Troubleshoot software and user issues efficiently

• IT Degree (essential)
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven IT experience
• Excel knowledge and experience must be 10/10 (Non-negotiable)
• Proven experience with Pastel Partner (Essential)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsbe technical the minor mandatory overrides plot or secure for pier and analysis analysis
• Ability to work independently and support others when needed
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must be willing and able to travel to other company depots as and when required
• Must be available for call-out after-hours and provide IT support in urgent situations
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
