Sappi offers a one-year internship opportunity for recent graduates in Information Technology. This program provides hands-on, meaningful experience under the guidance of skilled mentors, helping candidates transition smoothly into the professional world.
Responsibilities- Investigate, analyse and provide solutions to hardware and software technical problems
- Assist in the implementation of computer equipment and upgrades
- Provide service and maintenance of computers and network equipment
- Assist and attend to IT service desk queries within defined service level standards
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- No prior experience required
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
