Procurement Supervisor​/Team Leader; FMCG

We're looking for a Procurement Supervisor / Team Leader to take ownership of key procurement activities within a fast-moving FMCG environment. This is an opportunity for an experienced procurement or buying professional who enjoys negotiating with suppliers, managing stock, driving promotions and making decisions that directly impact the bottom line.

• 3–5 years' management experience within an FMCG environment.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence working with business systems and data.
• Excellent strategic decision-making skills.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier-management capabilities.
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial thinking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to build relationships and work effectively across different teams.
• A collaborative, hands‑on approach and a strong team mentality.

• A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Management, Procurement or a related field.
• Strong exposure to FMCG buying/procurement.
• Experience managing supplier negotiations and commercial agreements.
• Experience working with retailers and understanding their requirements.
• A strong understanding of pricing, margins, promotions and stock management.
• Experience driving product development or new product initiatives.
