• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
• Receive and stock merchandise, ensuring proper pricing and placement
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention protocols
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques is a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
