Senior Computer Vision Engineer

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Computer Vision Engineer to lead the development of advanced image and video analysis systems. This is a hands-on role where you will design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms for various applications. You will be an integral part of a talented engineering team, working on challenging projects that leverage AI to interpret visual data.

• Design, develop, and optimize computer vision algorithms for tasks such as object detection, image segmentation, facial recognition, and motion analysis.
• Implement deep learning models for computer vision applications using frameworks like Tensor Flow or PyTorch.
• Process and analyze large image and video datasets for model training and validation.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate vision systems into new products.
• Optimize algorithms for performance and efficiency on various hardware platforms.
• Conduct research into new computer vision techniques and technologies.
• Develop robust testing and validation procedures for computer vision models.
• Contribute to the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Mentor junior engineers and share expertise in computer vision.
• Document algorithms, code, and system designs thoroughly.

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a specialization in Computer Vision.
• 5+ years of professional experience in computer vision development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
• Expertise with computer vision libraries such as OpenCV.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Solid understanding of image processing techniques, image enhancement, and feature extraction.
• Experience with 3D vision, SLAM, or photogrammetry is a plus.
• Experience deploying computer vision models on embedded systems or edge devices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
