Senior Backend Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications and APIs using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define software requirements and technical specifications.
• Implement and manage database solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs, implementing effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Solid understanding of database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
