Warehouse Manager

Our established manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead their warehouse and logistics operations.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Relevant Degree or Diploma
• 5–6 years’ warehouse management experience
• Experience managing high-value finished goods inventory
• Manufacturing experience is essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full finished goods process from production receipt through storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, security and valuation, including stock counts and cycle counts.
• Reconcile production declarations with warehouse receipts and resolve variances.
• Manage outbound distribution, transporters and clearing agents while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Lead, develop and manage a team of 20+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
• Manage the departmental budget and report on inventory, delivery and safety performance.
• Maintain ERP data integrity and drive continuous process improvement.
