The purpose of the Ticketing Host is to greet Guests and initiate friendly interaction while providing the Guest with a high level of service excellence which exceeds expectations.

Summary of Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Greets Guests and initiate friendly interaction. Provide Guest excellence which exceeds expectations and answer questions
• Performs defined accounting procedures for ticket sales to include:
  • Register opening and closing procedures
  • Management of cash funds, deposits, and credit card balancing to ensure all revenue is collected and balanced daily
• Be knowledgeable on all tickets available, must have ability to close the sale
• Utilizes established ticketing system
• Cleans and organizes work area daily to present a professional appearance
• Completes required paperwork in a timely manner

Management reserves the right to change and/or add to these duties at any time

Education and Experience Required

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year ticket selling experience, OR the ability to pass Math test and Typing test (score of 25 wpm or greater)
• Offers of employment are contingent upon satisfactory completion of onboarding process which includes background screening and pre-employment drug screening
