We are seeking a Finance and Business Analytics Intern for Dollywood Parks & Resorts who will embody the heart and soul of our mission of creating memories worth repeating while caring deeply about our brand.

Reporting to the Senior FP&A Analyst and working with the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, this position will provide support for The Dollywood Company.

Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, research projects related to company activity, variance analysis, and performance measurement against KPIs.All of this will be done in a manner consistent with the mission, values and operating philosophies and standards of the Dollywood Company.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.

• Conduct statistical analyses
• Assist in gathering, formatting, and organizing large amounts of data from various sources
• Assist in creation of templates or models used to analyze business performance
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and analysis
• Prepare scenario analyses and variance analysis using parameters provided by leadership
• Conduct research using economic drivers to analyze business performance and/or development
• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and making presentations of findings, analysis, and recommendations
• Provide various ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
