The role ensures regulatory compliance and supports accurate reimbursement while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate has a Tennessee RN or LPN license, a nursing degree or diploma, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of Long-Term Care MDS Coordinator experience. RAC-CT is preferred.
