Een gemeente in Zuid-Holland zoekt een ervaren Senior Medewerker voor het Klantcontactcentrum. In deze rol ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van werkzaamheden en het coachen van nieuwe medewerkers. Gezocht wordt naar iemand met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, ruime ervaring in klantcontact en een focus op procesoptimalisatie.
