Job Description & Responsibilities:

This role is primarily responsible for overseeing financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds and reports directly to a Senior Accounting Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

Recording daily and weekly journal entries related to fund activity

Supporting the annual audit process by preparing schedules and documentation

Assisting with cash flow management

Handling various ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills:

Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative mindset

Solid understanding of GAAP principles

Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines with urgency

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, or fund operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

CPA certification is preferred
