$85–$110 per visit

We’re a patient‑centred, therapist‑first company—not a high‑volume clinic. You’ll have the flexibility to control your schedule, the support of a clinician‑led leadership team, and the freedom to focus on quality over quantity.

Provide in‑home physical therapy for patients recovering from auto accidents, workplace injuries, and everyday orthopedic issues. Cases are grouped by ZIP to minimize drive time.

• $85–$110 per visit
• Flexible PRN scheduling — ideal hours 11:00–7:00 PM
• No OASIS documentation
• Caseload in Baltimore City and Baltimore County
• Opportunities to transition to full‑time

• Conduct in‑home evaluations & follow‑up treatments
• Create personalized treatment plans for orthopedic/neuromuscular conditions
• Document visits quickly & accurately (no OASIS)
• Collaborate with care team and build lasting patient relationships

• Maryland PT license in good standing
• 1+ year of clinical experience (outpatient, home health, or ortho preferred)
• Strong communication & clinical skills
• Reliable transportation; comfortable working independently
