As part of our team, you ll provide expert occupational therapy services while benefiting from our comprehensive mentorship program designed to accelerate your professional growth.

• Conduct thorough assessments for pediatric patients across all age groups
• Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence
• Collaborate with families to extend therapeutic strategies into the home environment
• Recommend and implement adaptive equipment and assistive technology solutions
• Partner with healthcare professionals, educators, and families for comprehensive care coordination
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports
• Stay current with the latest pediatric OT research and best practices
• Participate in community outreach and advocacy initiatives

Required:

• Active Occupational Therapy (OT) License
• Ability to commute to Baltimore, MD

Preferred:

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
