The OpportunityStep into a leadership role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) where you ll design and oversee comprehensive behavior intervention programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities. Your ResponsibilitiesAssessment & Program Design
- Lead comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and preference assessments
- Create evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs tailored to each child s unique needs
- Build individualized behavior intervention plans focused on skill development and positive behavior support
Team Leadership & Training
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical support staff
- Deliver engaging training sessions on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and ethical best practices
- Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across all programs
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide holistic care
- Document clinical progress and maintain compliance with insurance and regulatory standards
- Lead family consultations and team meetings to celebrate progress and refine treatment goals
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze data to track treatment effectiveness and client outcomes
- Adapt intervention strategies based on progress and current research
- Maintain BACB certification and pursue ongoing professional development
Required:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Education, or related field
- Current state licensure (if applicable in Maryland)
- Proven expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, assessments, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- 2+ years of hands-on pediatric Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience in clinical or school settings
- Direct experience working with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of insurance authorization processes and clinical documentation standards
- Previous experience leading and developing clinical teams
