Director of Rehabilitation

PT/OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR – King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Full‑time, salaried position in a skilled nursing facility.

You will supervise, coordinate, and administer the Rehabilitation Department, ensuring effective therapies and current best practices. By providing ongoing feedback and fostering a positive team environment, you will promote collaboration among therapists and support continuous improvement.

• A valid state PT (Physical Therapist) or OT (Occupational Therapist) license is required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required.
• Previous experience as an ADOR or DOR is required.

Salary: $83,000 – $112,000 per year.
