Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as: planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring the team meets company standards, monitoring safety and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for a successful shift. They may also be responsible for helping their departments meet targets.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to work in the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Competitive pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.50 based on availability and experience.
